Hey, everyone! For anyone who knows me personally, it’s known that each month I look forward to receiving a small, hot pink package in the mail. I genuinely cannot wait for my Ipsy Glam Bag every month, and I am never disappointed by the products I am sent. I have never written an Ipsy review on the blog before, but this past month I had a somewhat different experience with Ipsy and I’d really like to share it with y’all.
My September Glam Bag included a Dr. Brandt exfoliator, a Bellápierre lipstick, a Skone liquid eyeliner, and a Luxie blender brush. All of these are great samples, and I was so excited to try a new makeup brush! I also love the Dr. Brandt exfoliator.
Although I was very excited, I realized that my Glam Bag was missing a piece. Each bag is supposed to include five samples and mine only included four. Honestly, at first I was upset. I look forward to my Glam Bag every month.
So, I emailed Ipsy’s customer service department.
Well! They were fantastic. Not only did the company respond to my email in literally less than three hours, but they immediately mailed me the missing piece of my bag. The Ipsy representative also asked if she could update my information for me, how I was enjoying the service, and apologized for the mishap.
I did not receive the missing piece yet. It’s supposed to arrive within the next few days. I just wanted to really express how much I enjoy the Ipsy company. They always send awesome samples, have great customer service, and the membership is only $10 A MONTH. I’ve been an Ipsy member for a little over a year now and I would highly recommend their Glam Bag!
